What's your return policy?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Just contact us within 14 days of your order arrival with your reason for return or exchange, and we’ll do our best to assist.

How do I return an item?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@thehappyheatpackco.com with a photo of the damaged item(s). For returns or exchanges due to damage or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of shipping. For change of mind returns and exchanges, the cost of shipping will not be covered by The Happy Heat Pack Co.

How long does it take to process my return?

Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment upon the return of the item. Exchanges will be granted upon the return of the original item.

Change I exchange for a different iem?

Yes, you can exchange for a different item upon the return of the original item. For change of mind returns and exchanges, the cost of shipping will not be covered by The Happy Heat Pack Co.
